Hi! I’m Ava, a stay-at-home mom, proud military wife, and creator behind Ava’s Crafts. I started my business in May of this year as a way to turn my love for making custom items into something special—and a little extra income on the side.

Creating personalized tumblers, and unique gifts allows me to combine my creativity with my passion for bringing joy to others. Every item I make is crafted with care and a personal touch, because I believe every gift should feel as special as the person receiving it.

When I’m not designing and creating, I’m busy with my family and embracing the military life with all its adventures and challenges. I love connecting with people who appreciate handmade, custom creations as much as I do.

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Yes! We proudly ship our custom items worldwide. Shipping times and rates may vary depending on your location.

Can businesses place orders?

Yes! We love working with businesses to create custom tumblers, gifts, and promotional items. Email or message us your design, and we’ll bring it to life.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Because our items are custom-made, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues with your order.

Can I request changes to a design?

Absolutely! We want your item to be exactly how you envisioned it. Just send your revisions, and we’ll make it happen.

How do I place an order?

How do I wash my items?

  • Cups & Tumblers with vinyl: Hand wash only to preserve the design.
  • Bows: Hand wash and hang dry to keep them looking their best.
  • T-shirts, Sweatshirts, and other apparel: Wash as usual according to the care instructions on the garment.
